Conclusions
Total Wellness Cleanse is probably one of the most comprehensive cleanse/detox programs I’ve come across and it looks perfect for someone with a wide range of symptoms of which the symptoms of Candida overgrowth overlap. Yuri recommends apple cider vinegar and fermented soy products which would contradict other Candida diet programs, but as I stress, there can be several paths to the same results when dealing with Candida as long as the program is based on solid nutrition and Total Wellness Cleanse is.
This plan is a bit on the expensive side, but dieters certainly get a lot of material for their money. Other comprehensive detox programs are similar in price and if you have ever went to a registered holistic nutritionist and certified kinesiologist for consultation and treatment, the cost would be much higher than Yuri’s program.
