Here is a very tasty yet easy Candida eliminating salad dressing recipe that was inspired by my turkish friends. This dressing is best if made a few hours ahead of time.
- 2 cups plain unsweetened organic yogurt (I think Greek is the best.)
- 6 gloves of garlic minced (fresh is the best)
- Sea salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Simply mix all the ingredients well and chill for a few hours as the garlic will become more flavorful the longer it sits. For a variation, use some fresh chives or cayenne pepper for added flavor and additional yeast eliminating properties.
This Candida eliminating salad dressing can be made in larger quantities and stored in the fridge. It’s also great drizzled over fish, chicken, and beef. This dressing is great because it offers the probiotics of the yogurt as well as the Candida killing properties of the garlic.
