4 stars

This Candida alibicans eliminating diet is rather new on the market but has been 5 years in the making as the author was researching what really works and what doesn’t work when cleansing the body from Candida.

Candida albicans Cure

3 stars

This Candida albicans diet focuses on healing yeast infections from the inside out.

  • It gives great emphasis on internal systemic infections and uses a six-step system to get rid of Candida yeast infections for good.
  • Offers other bonuses that address other health concerns as well.

  • Some of its symptoms are a bit of a stretch.
  • A bit outdated.
  • Low customer satisfaction.

Natural Candida Cleanse

natural candida cure
3 stars

This Candida albicans Diet believes that all yeast infections are 80% diet related.

  • It uses a 7 step holistic approach to cleanse the body from Candida albicans.
  • It addresses some harmful cures that are promoted on the internet and offers many bonuses with the program.
  • Include a yeast free recipe book to help you prepare Candida friendly meals.

  • Outdated
  • Not as comprehensive as other plans

Natural Cure for Yeast Infection

2 stars

This Candida albicans diet talks about a natural, secret cure that will bring relief in hours.  While this program could give correct advice regarding diet, I wouldn’t completely trust a program that doesn’t understand the basic anatomy and physiology of a yeast cell.

  • The program has faulty information about the basic biology of yeast, therefore much of their program is based on this faulty information.
  • Very Outdated.

Be Yeast Free

2 stars

This Candida yeast diet is another program that focuses on diet, but with a quick start guide that will help relieve symptoms in 24 hours.

  • Website very outdated
  • Low recommendation rate.

Free 4 Candida

3 stars

This program isn’t so much a Candida albicans diet but a cure using all natural supplements and plant derivatives.

  • This program gives users access to a large website full of resources and helps to overcome yeast infections.
  • If you have trouble following strict diets then this method may be a good option to try as it’s less diet focused.
  • Includes one on one support and a lifetime membership.

  • Most information on their website can be found for free elsewhere.
  • Relies too heavily on supplement use.

candida albicans dietI recommend using these programs because they save so much time in planning and implementing the Candida diet and several offer personal email support to ensure that people are successful in eliminating yeast overgrowth.

As a general rule of thumb, a Candida albicans diet that promises a magic, fast cure is generally too good to be true. A good Candida albicans diet recognizes that while some yeast infection symptoms can be cleared up quickly, the overall process of eliminating Candida yeast cells from the body is a process that could take several months and usually a lifetime of following some type of Candida diet.

If you have spent any time researching a Candida albicans diet then I’m sure you’ve seen many options. In writing and researching for this site I can attest there are 100’s out there. Some Candida albicans diets are high quality and good value while the majority are not worth my time to even review them. Be wary about plans that offer “miracle” too good to be true cures for yeast infections. Some programs may be really cheap but you do get what you pay for in the realm of Candida albicans diet plans as well.

Remember this is an investment in your health and most have spent hundreds on doctor visits and medications. Do yourself a favor and pick a quality, holistic Candida albicans diet like the ones recommended on this site and you’ll be well on your way to being free from yeast infections for good without spending days searching the internet for all the information that’s needed to be successful on a Candida eliminating diet.

I have been taking whole leaf olive liquid for two weeks to help a burning tongue and it has now almost gone. Please try. You get it from the health food stores. The diet is almost impossible but the burning tongue is much worse.

  2. Susan Di Santo says:

Thanks for your comment Laurene – I thought I had banished candida, (Mouth & vaginal thrush, athletes food, fungal nails, ringworm, itchy ears, nail IBS from the antibiotics given to treat recurrent UTIs… but different symptoms returning: have a burning tongue and very dry lips for the last couple of months + hipjoint pain again, not to mention depression. I’m on the wagon again and going to try including other things to the arsenal of tried already remedies.

Is it really safe to eat Quinoa, lentils, chickpeas and other beans on a Candida diet? I’ve been advised in the past to avoid these foods.

  4. Editor says:

Hi Deborah, I think so. I think a lot of Candida diets go overboard causing people to become malnourished. The mentioned foods are low glycemic carbs full of protein that are great fuel for your body. Just avoid starchy beans. 🙂

  5. Kayleigh says:

Hi, I have just been diagnosed with candida, after years of being told IBS, depression, allergy to gluten wheat, lactose. On one hand it is good to know but equally trying to get my head round that this bacteria is the course of lathagy, thrush, depression, memory loss, TERRIBLE stomach aches and wind, constipation I find it hard to believe. More importantly it has been just over 48 hrs, I am sat at my desk at work and really struggling, I live at the gym and barely have enough energy to walk up and and down the stairs- didnt have chance toprepare lunch today and I have popped into 3 supermarkets and so far managed nuts and tomatoes – everything has sugar in it – thought I would just grab some cooked chicken/ prawns or salmon but either not organic or cooked in minimal amount of sugar.

I know once I spend some time planning my diet this weekend I can plan ahead but there is so many websites with conflicting information once says yes to fruit, other says no, yes to tomatoes then no – I just really dont know what to follow – my biologist/ consultant who diagnosed me gave me a different programme to so many on the internet and I just dont know who to listen to – i despirate for this to work so want to do it properly equally dont want to waste away or not be able to function. Can you please recommend a good book – alot of the ones on here I can not find on sale- lastly can you recommend any reciepes for anything sweet like cookie or flap jacks – i was told made correctly I could make some but I just can not find any recipies.

Apologies for the length of this I am just really struggling and didnt know where to turn
    thankyou thankyou thankyou

    Hi Kayleigh,

There are a lot of great foods you can eat and don’t get too worried about if something is organic or not. I have lots of suggestions here and I’ve written about why plans are different here.

You just have to pick one and stick to it.. There are many roads that can lead to Rome, you just have to pick the one that works best with your particular needs.

  7. Dorothee says:

    Dear Candida sufferers!
I am one myself but also have mercury fillings and root canals which might cause the candida to stay there. Have a look at holistic dentistry, root canals, cavitations and mercury. Some say, as long as you have mercury, you wont get rid of the candida. But detox can be long and painful and must be done right before removing the fillings. And don’t replace them by bisphenol A containing composites which cause leaky gut as do antibiotics and candida. Have a look at the Dr Klinghardt mercury detox protocol and also “Regulat” (also on youtube). I can only recommend it!
I have to leave because I’m very sensitive to my mobile with which I’m writing.
If you want true information, go to
Take care and get well, Dorothee!

I’m currently suffering through another candida out break. .over the counter meds such as monistat don’t work for me and prescription antibiotics like fluconazole only provide maybe a couple weeks releif. Is there any way to maintian my candida balance I’m tired of vaginal burning and constantly running to the doctor. My sex life is non exsistant because I worry so much about the morning after and the treat of a upcoming yeast infection. Can someone help me?is there any supplement (ex. Cranberrys for utis) tht I cn tae to make this more managable? I’ve been suffering with yeast infections for as long as I cn remember. Please help

  9. Editor says:

Hi Jay, Did you take time to read anything on the this site? A healthy Candida diet program is the answer, there is no magic pill. 🙂 But there is hope and many have been cured by following the diet.

  10. Mary says:

I was treated for this years ago when I was desparately tired and trying to work with small children. I found within 24 hours of the diet I was feeling much better. Sometimes your thyroid can go out of whack as well at the same time. This time many years later I have gone to a naturpath and he was able to treat the thyroid as well. Money well spent, was cheap, and got recipies for the pancakes, I was told tea biscuts and Wasa are ok. His diet is easier to follow as well, which is better than the one I originally did. Why not get checked out that way? My whole hour and a half appointment with medicines was $145 and recuring appointments are only $40. Wish I had done that years ago as for three years I have been suffering with fatigue, and a nasty cough. Once you start feeling better you will never complain about the diet, as your life will change drastically. Good luck.

  11. Editor says:

I would venture to say that the the top above diets are just as effective and much cheaper. So great that you found the answers though Mary.

  12. Mari-Ann says:

Hey there, I recently gave birth to our 5th child and have had a horrible time nursing him. Have had 3 cases of Mastitis and now discovered I have a Breast yeast infection that is not just on the surface of my breast but has gone into the milk ducts. My baby didn’t have thrush so I never suspected yeast. I’d like to avoid any more drugs used to kill off the yeast (have only had one dose of Diflucan 150mg) and am taking matters into my own hands. We currently live in Japan and do not have access to a health food store for supplements other than ordering them online. I haven’t seen any post for this particular infection so I’m not sure what direction to take as far as diet and supplements. I eat a pretty healthy diet already but the pregnancy did a number on my body. Has anyone had this issue or have any suggestions.

  13. Lori says:

Is Apple Cider Vinegar safe to soak peeled cucumbers, radishes and onions in for a snack? Is there a bad reason I could be craving these things?

  14. admin says:

Hi Lori, If you make sure, it’s organic, raw apple cider vinegar than this could be an acceptable snack. 🙂

  15. Doug says:

    Any info regarding “Threelac”?

  16. Liz says:

    any info regarding “aquaflora”?
    Thank you!

  17. sarah mcdonald says:

Hya. I just wanted to say a HUGE ‘Thank You!’ I started the diet in September 2011. It was tough going but worth it! By February 2012 I had lost over 3 stone and my depression has gone. My yeast infections are gone and just about every other illness I suffered with has either disappeared or decreased significantly. Everyone says how fantastic I look. I have more energy and find looking after my disabled son much easier. I wish I had been brave enough to do this years ago as my life would have been so different. The biggest difference is I no longer suffer with depression! It is almost as if I had been wearing a blindfold for over 30 years and now it have come off and life, and the world, is amazing!! So, ‘Thank You!’ once again.

  18. susan says:

I was wondering if chunk light tuna would be OK to eat but I noticed it has 60% of selenium in it. Will that make a yeast infection flair back up?

  19. Ted says:

Chunk Light Tuna is fine. It would be 60% of your daily recommended amount.
