I have recently been introduced to Ceritfied Pure Therapeutic Grade oil line called doTERRA. So far, I LOVE them and have seem nothing but amazing results with the many various problems I’ve treated with these oils.

Candida Eliminating Success Story

Yeast Elimination SuccessI was surprised a few months ago when a saliva test for Candida revealed why I was having some pretty ghastly symptoms; (stomach and intestinal gas, nasty face rash, carb cravings, etc.)

I eat the most healthful diet of anyone on the planet, but realized I had recently experimented with eating bread with yeast in it. (For years I have had an extreme sensitivity to yeast but for some reason decided my system was so well balanced I could likely deal with it. WRONG!)

So I went on a very strict anti-Candida diet and within a few weeks was cured. Pity I did not know about your Website with its marvelous resources then, but at least I do now and I thank you! I hope I never need it but will definitely share it with those who do.

Milk Substitutes and The Yeast Infection Diet

milk substitutes and CandidaIs it possible to have lactose free cows milk whilst on an anti-candida diet – if not why not please?

Milk is restricted from the yeast infection diet primarily because of its high sugar content in the form of lactose. Secondly, milk can have an acidic effect on the body despite it’s calcium content because of the animal proteins it contains.

There are alternatives to cow’s milk out there and even lactose-free versions, however, when deciding if any of these milk substitues are right for the Candida diet, we need to take a look at the ingredients as they can sometimes be just as high in sugar as regular milk.

Do I have to cut out all fruit on a Candida diet?

I was supposed to be go on a candida diet in January, and it’s already October and I still haven’t started. I was told to completely cut out fruit for a full 3 weeks. My diet now consists of a lot of sugar, and I think that if I can’t have any fruit, I won’t last long on the Candida Cleanse. Do I have to completely cut out all fruit for at least 3 weeks, or could I at least have one low sugar fruit per day?

This if definitely an area in which many struggle with since fruit is generally part of a healthy diet. There is also debate as to how our bodies process fructose differently as opposed to sucrose and high fructose corn syrup. I think that because fruit has a high fiber content, it generally doesn’t spike insulin levels like processed  sugars do.

“Hi, I was recently in the hospital because I couldn’t stop vomiting for over a month! I and had an endoscopy, and it showed I have candida in my esophagus. Are there any FREE candida diet plans available online that you’d recommend? I have been out of work due to being ill and money is tight. Thanks”

In this day and age a person could pretty much search the internet and find most essential parts of the Candida diet. My site is extensive and there are several other good sites as well. Unfortunately, there are also a lot of worthless sites cluttering up the search engines. Just focus on getting your foods lists, then recommended supplements and probiotics as well as gathering recipes.
