Ted has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and a Master Degree in Education with a counseling concentration. He spent 12 years teaching health, general biology, and anatomy & physiology before switching his career focus to online education and counseling.
Ted now seeks to help people by educating them on how to live healthy, disease-free lives through the use of healthy foods, herbs, and exercise. He writes for several popular health and diet related websites such as Diet-Blog.com, Everydiet.org, and Guidance2Live.com as well as Candida Diet Foods.
He loves helping people and believes that many of today’s ailments can be cured through proper diet. Ted would describe himself as someone who moderately suffered from Candida Overgrowth. Since he began to apply the concepts and diet discussed on Candida Diet Foods, he has gained a greater level of wellness. Even though he would have described himself as a healthy eater and fit individual, he was often plagued with extreme fatigue and a foggy head. Since he began implementing the elements of a Candida Diet, he has a lot more energy and doesn’t need those afternoon naps anymore, well most days anyway.
He hopes all the hard work he has put into this site will help visitors achieve freedom from Candida overgrowth, chronic yeast infections, and even chronic fatigue.
